Takom 1/35 Sd.Kfz. 250/1 Halftrack Build | WWII German Recon Vehicle
The Sd.Kfz. 250/1 leichte Schützenpanzerwagen was a light German halftrack developed during the early years of the Second World War to provide fast and mobile transport for reconnaissance units. Smaller and more agile than the larger Sd.Kfz. 251, it was widely used by German armoured formations for scouting, communications and command duties.
This build uses the Takom 1/35 Sd.Kfz. 250/1 kit, which captures the distinctive narrow hull and open fighting compartment of the vehicle. The project focuses on careful assembly and restrained weathering to highlight the character of this compact but iconic German reconnaissance vehicle.
